Veal “grenadin” with cider sauce
Rabbit cooked in cider
Bass fillet grilled on the skin, with lemon butter
Entrecôte with shallots and red wine.
Poached Skate fish with sorrel cream.

Cheese board or Cottage cheese with creme fraiche.
